Pertamina Bluesky Project Balongan
Year 2004, handling Import Customs Clearance using Vouristlag facility from Pertamina in Surabaya & Jakarta, arranging land transportation from PT. Surya Besindo Sakti to
PT. PAL Indonesia upto arranging oversize cargo transportation from Cikande to Pertamina Balongan and erection under PT. Rekayasa Industri. The longest dimension was 36 meter
and total freight was more than 436 Freight Ton
Heavy Equipment Mob/Demob For PT. Freeport Indonesia
It was order from PT. Petrosea Tbk to mobilization some heavy equipments like Dozer, ADT, and Excavator from Petrosea Supply Base in Tanjung Batu East Kalimantan
to Patch-11 jetty of PT. Freeport in southern east of Timika. The transportation mode was using LCT 750DWT and after discharging the equipments we should demobilize
some return equipment back to East Kalimantan. Our Shipping Manager, Mr. Pujiadi Santoso was onboard on that LCT in 2005.
Shipping Agent For PT. Komaritim Indonesia
PT. Komaritim (before Acergy Indonesia) had to deliver their Pipe Lay Barge
Arwana to Australia and need to tow this PLB using Anchor Handling Tug. It was
AHT. Kim Heng 1800 towed this Barge to Singapore before they were going to
Australia. Indonesia Project Logistics handled for this vessel clearance in/out,
supply fresh water, pillotage, and customs clearance. The Pipe Lay Barge return
to Indonesia towed by AHT. Oil Serve Alpha and arranged for dry-docking at PT.
PAL Indonesia after chartered for more than 6 (six) month in 2005-2006. Not only
that we shall validate all the Pipe Lay Barge certificate for the next project
in Ujung Pangkah Amerada Hess.
Load Out Calculation for CNOOC Zelda F Topside Deck
PT. PAL Indonesia had to load out this topside deck Zelda F weight about 365
Ton. We made their ballast and deballasting calculation including transportation
scheme with side-by-side multiaxle trailer in 2 row x 10 axle line of Cometto in
2006. This calculation was defined in 3 (three) scenario operation on the
highest level of tide, normal tide and on the lowest level of tide.
Heavy Equipment Mob/Demob For
Gunung Bayan Projects
Order was from PT. Petrosea Tbk in 2006 to mobilization heavy equipments for
coal mining from Supply Base in Tanjung Batu East Kalimantan to project site of
PT. Gunung Bayan Coal. The transportation was using LCT 250 - 350DWT and after discharging the equipments we
also should demobilize
some return equipment back to Petrosea Supply Base Tanjung Batu in East Kalimantan.
Offshore Diving Equipment Mobilization for Star Energy
Freight was ordered by PT. Komaritim to mobilize Ulis Diving System from
Komaritim Supply Base in Handil to Batam. It was using LCT 450 DWT to carry this
equipment on time in 2006 for Star Energy Batam.
Heavy Equipment Mob/Demob For
Sanga Sanga Projects
Order was from PT. Petrosea Tbk in 2006 to mobilization heavy equipments (Dozer, and Excavator) from Supply Base in Tanjung Batu East Kalimantan
to project site in Sanga Sanga East Kalimantan. The transportation was using LCT
250 - 300DWT since we were crossing a river and after discharging the
equipment's we had to return
some equipment to Petrosea Supply Base Tanjung Batu in East Kalimantan.
Semco Oil Plant Projects in East Kalimantan
This project was started in 2005 and end in 2006, arranging land transportation
from PT. Timas Suplindo Balaraja to PT. Jawa Wijaya Raya in Sambera and Sambutan
under PT. Arindo Semesta. The heaviest cargo was compressor about 50 Ton ex. USA
and freighted to Samarinda Port before going to site.
Heavy Equipment Mobilization For Gosowong Projects
The scope of work was arranging customs clearance in Jakarta and then the
equipment must be transported to Sandvik Mining & Construction in Gosowong North
Halmahera. It was using LCT 450 DWT.
Tangguh LNG Project
This project was started on May 2006, providing 1 set Tug Boat and 180 ft Barge
and 2 set Tug Boat and 230 ft Barge for transporting split stone and sand from
ASN Seram Island to Tangguh LNG project site. The transportation including
material transfer from barge to barge and discharging at Tangguh LNG site.
Project end on November 2006.
CNOOC Ses Ltd., Pabelokan Gas Plant Project
The scope of work was moving various pressure vessel from PT. Timas Suplindo
Serang Banten to CNOOC Pabelokan Supply Base in Kepulauan Seribu. The longest
pressure vessel was 39 meter and more than 45 Ton weight. Providing loading
crane in Tanjung Priok Jakarta, and Landing Craft Tank for carrying pressure
vessels to CNOOC supply base. The LCT also had met with Oil & Gas safety
requirement like IMCA standard.
BP West Java Platform/Uniform Reactivation Projects
The scope of work was providing offshore crew boat with 50 passenger, AHTS,
Platform Supply Vessel, Utility Boat, and Accommodation Work Barge. The project
was started on the beginning on 2007 and contract was about 10 (ten) months. The
first contractor was PT. Dwisatu Mustika Bumi, and the second contractor was PT.
Istana Karang Laut. During we do the fleet management i.e. fuel bunker, fresh
water supply and port clearance.
ConnocoPhillip Matak Airstrip Tank Replacement Project
The scope of work was providing sea transportation using 270feet barge (match
with Oil & Gas safety requirement), 10 axle line trailer (Commeto) including
lashing, loading/unloading (i.e. providing shore crane with Migas certificate),
and installing the tanks (fuel tank and water tank) on the appointed position.
It was 30 days project start from moving the storage tank ex. Ekanuri Jetty to
ConnocoPhillips Matak.
Sea Transportation For Volvo Heavy Equipment
The scope of work was providing LCT, arrangement for eqipment transfer from Volvo
Warehouse including police escort, providing lowbed trailer, loading, unloading, driving,
and delivery up to Project Site Location in Kalimantan
APD Kambuna Glagah Project North Sumatera
The scope of work was set of Tug & Flat Top Barge, providing transportation engineering i.e. Barge Intact & Damage Statibility,
Barge Local Strength Calculation, and Sea Fastening Design. Delivery the Top Site Deck Platform from Cilegon to Kambuna Malacca Strait
North Sumatera, Indonesia.
